Organize
Data is everywhere and is often so disorganized, it is difficult to use. To get the full value from your data, the first step is to identify the location of the data:

The data has been found but needs to be cleaned up prior to ingestion into a visualization software. This can be done with SQL, python, or while bringing into Power BI with Power Query Editor.

Oftentimes, software companies provide a platform that does a good job of gathering user data but then casually presents the data in a canned, uncustomized, manner. With Power BI, the data can be presented in customized reports for the entire organization.
